MLG Pro Top Snipes

Old school

So I was rummaging through my attic today when i stumbled across my old Nintendo 64. I was stoked! I quickly took it out of my attic and proceeded to hook it up to my TV. The memories were flashing back to my early years. I couldn't even decide what game to play with such a great line up including: Starfox ( possibly my favorite game ever), Legend of Zelda Majoras Mask, Mario Cart, and Super Mario 64. I decided to start with Zelda. At first I had a hard time adjusting to the controls but eventually adapted. And boy did I have a great time. The Nintendo 64 is still a great console and will remain as one of the greatest consoles ever made in my book.
So I have to say if any of you happen to have your old 64 laying around, dust it off and start gaming. It is a great chance to relive past memories and it changes things up from todays HD focused world.

Halo 3: top kills

Call of Duty 4

Call of Duty 4, the game that finally broke my addiction to Halo 3. COD4 is great, the graphics are so good you sort of feel bad shooting people because of the realistic look, but you just can't seem to release the trigger. Campaign mode is great, with this game you actually feel as if you are in the middle of combat, right there on the front lines leading your country to victory. The story line flows, and there are plenty of achievements (trying to get all of them can keep you busy for a while). New modern weapons really give you a feel for the game. As if the campaign was not addicting enough, Infinity Ward throws in an outstanding multiplayer experience. Work your way up the ranks and you can eventually start earning prestige. So many maps and game types make this game a sure kill. Though I am going to have to say my favorite game type is all out team deathmatch.

Halo 3

Halo 3 is an amazing game and the anticipation building up to the game was well worth the wait. After standing in line for around 4 hours I was finally able to snag my copy. In this review I am going to focus on the multiplayer feature of the game.
The graphics have greatly improved since the days when halo 2 dominated online play. There is also very little lag when playing. All of the multiplayer maps are great except for the infamous snowbound, which is a series of underground tunnels and caves. There are new features to the game including a bubble shield, power drain, regenerator, among others. Since i obtained my copy I have not been able to lay the controller down, this is a definite buy for any gamer.
